Ok, now we’re standing in mid 2002. There is a big shake
up in the company and a lot of people are suddenly let go.
No warning, just a phone call one evening telling us not to
go in to work tomorrow, because we don’t work there
anymore.

Assess the current situation, I have things I need to pay. I need to pay the mortgage. (oh yeah, I forgot to mention I bought
a house when I was 20) I have to make car payments
and I have to make loan payments.

Long story short, I sold the house and used the profit to clear the debt, but where does that leave me now?
